Refrigerated air dryers

When it comes to refrigerated air dryers, we have available the Parker Domnick Hunter refrigerated air dryers and the Parker Hiross Starlette Plus dryers.

Domnick Hunter Polestar Smart Refrigerated Air Dryers (450-10,800 M3/H)

A standout feature of these air dryers is that they actively remove the condensation that is caused by air entering the compressed air system to achieve extremely dry compressed air. Their other benefits include:

Parker Hiross Starlette Plus dryers (Up to 360 M3/H)

Parker Hiross offers a range of refrigerated air drying solutions using advanced refrigeration technology. Among the key features of their Starlette Plus dryers are:

• State-of-the-art PlusPack heat exchangers (patent pending)
• Extremely compact
• Low operating costs
• Environmentally friendly
• High operating limits
• Reliable airtight piston compressors that do not require preheating
• Simple and secure refrigeration circuits that do not require adjustment during operation and undergo vigorous quality testing in production
• Large adjustable condenser and fan compartments to guarantee optimum performance even in extreme conditions
• Security protection in the refrigeration circuit, increasing reliability and safeguarding the air dryer
• Simple disassembly, with easy access to the internal components for efficient maintenance
• Drain positioned in a niche, allowing easy access without the need to remove the top panel

Desiccant air dryers

Depending on the application, there are three types of desiccant air dryers that we are able to provide: modular, point of use, and twin tower.

For modular desiccant air dryers, our range includes the Domnick Hunter Pneudri Range Modular Desiccant Air Dryers (3 SCFM and larger). The benefits of the Pneudri range are:

• “Multi-banking” capability ensures the system can meet any required demand
• Totally clean and dry compressed air down to-40oF (-40oC) pressure dewpoint (PDP) as standard
• Can be specified to provide a pressure dewpoint of -100oF (-70oC) PDP for critical applications
• No pressure vessel certification or inspections required

For point of use desiccant air dryers, the FDD desiccant dryer series carries the following features:

• Finite® Filter’s unique in-line air/gas dryer system for easy desiccant change-outs, longer life and lower pressure drop
• Removes water vapour and aerosols at point-of-use for intermittent flows up to 60 SCFM
• A colour changing moisture indicator with visual sight gauge indicates the need for desiccant replacement
• Zinc head/steel bowl with integral Sightglass
• Sintered bronze elements that prevent desiccant carryover
• Maximum operating temperature: 180°F
• Maximum working pressure: 300 PSI
